SDS takes all necessary measures to ensure that all data and information from the client that has come to its knowledge in connection with the audit conducted and certification services is treated as confidential and will not disclose the data and information to any third party without the written consent of the Client, except to the extent required by law, accreditation bodies and/or scheme owners. Each SDS personnel signs an annual Code of Conduct which includes a clause on confidentiality.

The quality system applied applies equally to all clients/applicants who request certification services in accordance with PT SDS Indonesia accreditation. The certification program is open to all clients/applicants in accordance with the scope of accreditation and Terms of Contract without any discrimination in cooperation.

PT SDS Indonesia also ensures that information about certification clients obtained from external sources, such as complainants or regulators, is kept confidential.

Public Information

PT SDS Indonesia provides access to the public through websites, brochures, and seminars related to certification schemes and information required for submission of certification and verification applications. Development and updating of the PT SDS Indonesia website is carried out in line with the demand and needs of certification requirements.
